Delicious, rich, and chocolatey, egg-free brownies (full recipe!!)

Okay, I'm gonna be honest here. I originally used ChatGPT to draft this recipe, but I had to customize it to work with the ingredients that I had at the time. These brownies are quite delectable despite the fact that no eggs are used in the process of making them. They are very rich and yummy, and they will definitely satisfy your chocolate craving. (you can also easily make these brownies dairy-free if you would like!)

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup of coconut flour (if coconut flour is unavailable, you can use all-purpose flour or almond flour.)

-1/4 cup of chocolate chips (any will do, whether your choc chips are milk, dark or even white chocolate, it doesn't really matter.)

-3 generous spoonfuls of plain Greek yoghurt (I used the Farmers Union one, but you can really use whatever yoghurt you desire. You can even opt for a dairy-free option if you want.)

-3/4 cup of granulated sugar (any other type of sugar should work, too.)

-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract/vanilla bean paste

-1 teaspoon of salt (it doesn't matter which one you use, but I used iodised table salt.)

-a dash of paprika (optional of course)

-1/4 cup of oat milk (again, any other alternative will work, too. Oat milk was just what I used.)

-1/4 cup of cocoa powder (I used the Healthy Chef Naked Chocolate powder)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius (347 degrees Fahrenheit).

  2. In a large bowl, add the flour, sugar, salt, cocoa powder and paprika (if using).

  3. Mix the dry ingredients until it is all combined.

  4. Then, add the vanilla, milk and yoghurt.

  5. Mix until the batter is smooth.

  6. Pour into a lined baking tray.

  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

  8. Bake until an inserted knife/skewer comes out clean.

  9. Let the brownies cool a bit before you dig in.

  10. ENJOY
